Regulations
All tournaments will be evaluated according to FIDE-rules.
Prizes will not be shared, multiple prizes are possible.
The highest actual rating is the basis for the admission to the tournaments, the start ranking list and for the award of category prizes.
The entry fee must be paid by bank transfer until July 17th, 2013 or in cash at least two hours before tournament starts.
For cancellations after July 31st, 2013 the entry fee will not be refunded.
All players of group A, B and C must confirm their attendance at the tournament hall on August 17th,2013 until 13.00 p.m. at the latest. If not, the player wont be paired. Deadline for group D is August 19th, 2013 / 15.00 p.m.
Players who provide false information on their entry form risk being disqualified from the tournament.
The organizer of the tournament is entitled to refuse players without giving reasons.
